Create a Watch List
Instantly add listings to your clients watched list by clicking on the binocular icon on the search results page.

Developing Custom Statistics
Promptly identify key statistics within your market by selecting the “Stats” tab within Matrix and entering your criteria and selecting "set criteria" the select "generate".

Access Public Records with Realist
Quickly access public(county) information on any property within California by selecting the address search option and selecting county and property address.

Get Latest Foreclosure Information
Identify all foreclosure activity throughout the state of California, including auctions, REOs & short sales by selecting the foreclosure activity report under the “Search” tab.
